At WeDesi Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You may return an item within 48 hours from the date of delivery. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return.
How to Return an Item
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@wedesiapparel.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9372212340 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please mention your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Step 3: Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, or an error was made on our part.
Refunds
- Eligibility: If your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 10 business days for all International transactions and 7 business days for all Domestic transactions after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@wedesiapparel.in with a clear photo of the damage or defect. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
